{Juba, South Sudan, TCT] Juba Catholic Archbishop, His grace Paulino Lokudu Loro, conducts the mass celebration at St Francis of Assisi chapel in Chunya, Jabel Ladu in Juba, after having declared St Francis, a Parish, during the feast day of celebration of St Francis of Assisi on Friday October 4.
The archbishop further installed Father Jaya Prakash MMI as its first parish priest. The celebrations were marked with holy Eucharist,a fellowship meal and cultural events.
In attendance was the Indian Ambassador to South Sudan, S. D. Moorthy, the Catholic Provincial Superior Fr. William MMI, Honorable commissioners of Ladu, Mangala, Wondoruba and Lyria, priests from archdiocese of Juba as well as priests, deacons and sisters from MMI.
